Terms of Registration
These terms apply when you register to play at a STR82IT stop.
Read them with the Official Rules, the Participant Waiver, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If these terms and the Official Rules disagree, the Official Rules govern play and these terms govern registration and payment.

1. Who you are dealing with
Lottawins Foundation Inc. runs the STR82IT tour, takes registrations, collects entry fees and publishes the website. Its owners also own STR82IT LLC and Lottawins LLC, named in section 7, which are separate companies.
2. Who can register
You can register if, on the day of the event, you are 18 or older (Rule 5.1) and you are not excluded by Rule 5.4, which bars employees and contractors of the operator and its sponsors, officials, and members of their households.
If you are a current NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA student-athlete, you may register, but confirming with your school's compliance office is your responsibility, and STR82IT does not give eligibility advice (Rule 5.3). Sponsor-paid entries in section 7 are not open to you.
3. How to register
You register on a form hosted for Lottawins Foundation Inc. by Tally, a third-party form service, reached from the entry page of the website. Use one form per stop.
You must register in your own legal name, give true and complete information, and show government-issued photo identification that matches that name at check-in (Rule 5.1). One registration per person per stop. A registration made in someone else's name, or with false information, can be canceled without a refund.
4. The waiver
Signing the Participant Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk is part of registering and a condition of play (Rule 9.3). You cannot register without it.
5. Fees and payment
There is a fee to enter and take part in each stop.
- Entry fee: $40 per stop, due when you register and shown on the form before you submit. It is the fee to take part.
- Admission: players do not pay the $10 spectator admission.
- How to pay: by the payment app named on the form, to Lottawins Foundation Inc. The payment details are given on the form and in your confirmation email.
- When: within 48 hours of registering. A registration not paid in that time lapses.
- Your spot is confirmed when we receive your payment and email you.
Before you send money, check that the recipient is one of the accounts named on the form and in your confirmation email. We will only ever ask you to pay to those accounts. If anyone asks you to pay somewhere else, do not, and tell us at ty@lottawins.app.
Payments sent through payment apps are handled under the app provider's own terms. They generally do not offer the purchase protection a card does, so an incorrect payment may not be recoverable through the app.
6. Refunds, cancellations and changes
- If we cancel a stop before play begins, you get a full refund of your entry fee within 14 days or, if you prefer, your entry moves to another stop.
- If a stop moves to a new date or venue, your registration moves with it. If you cannot make the new date, ask for a full refund within 7 days of our announcing the change.
- If you withdraw, you can move your entry to another stop once, up to 7 days before the stop you registered for. Otherwise entry fees are not refunded.
- No refund if you miss check-in, forfeit, are injured during play, or are disqualified or ejected.
- Sponsor-paid entries are not refunded to the player, who did not pay. If we cancel the stop, the sponsored entry moves to another stop.
- Registrations are personal and cannot be passed to another person.
Dates and venues are confirmed stop by stop, and a stop marked tentative can change. We will email everyone registered for a stop about any change.
7. Entries paid by a sponsor
Some sponsors offer to pay one entry for a person who uses the sponsor's own platform. Each offer is the sponsor's, made under the sponsor's own terms, and never the only way to enter: any stop can be entered by registering and paying.
- One sponsor-paid entry per person. Entries at other stops are paid in full.
- Promo code FEDUP must be entered when you sign up with the sponsor, or the sponsor will not pay your entry.
- FEDUP belongs to Lottawins LLC, and the sponsor pays Lottawins LLC for sign-ups made with it. Lottawins LLC and Lottawins Foundation Inc. have the same owners. Lottawins Foundation Inc. itself is not paid for sign-ups.
- Open only to people 18 and over, or older where local law or the sponsor's terms require, in the states each offer names; not open to current college student-athletes or anyone Rule 5.4 excludes.
- On a sponsor's platform your own money is at stake, and you can lose it. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
- Your entry is confirmed when the sponsor confirms it has paid. If the sponsor does not confirm by 72 hours before check-in, you can still pay the entry yourself to keep your spot.
8. Conduct
You agree to follow the Official Rules, the code of conduct, officials' decisions, and each venue's rules. Breaking them can lead to disqualification, ejection, or a ban from the tour under the Official Rules, and entry fees are not refunded in that case (section 6).
9. Recording
Every game is filmed, photographed and streamed. By registering you grant the license in Rule 9.1, and you keep your own rights under Rule 9.2.
10. Messages we send
We email you about your registration, payment and stop. These are not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while your registration is active.
We send marketing emails and texts only if you tick the separate box on the form. If you opt in to texts: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of entry.
11. Taxes and prizes
Prizes are set out in the Official Rules once published. Prize winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes. We may ask winners for tax information, and we issue tax forms where the law requires.
12. Disputes
If you have a problem, email us first and give us 30 days to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Lottawins Foundation Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. A dispute that is not resolved informally is heard in the state or federal courts serving the county where Lottawins Foundation Inc. has its principal office, or in small claims court where it qualifies.
