These cover this website. Nothing is sold on it. Registering to play is covered by the Terms of Registration, which set out the entry fee, payment and refunds.
Who runs this site
Lottawins Foundation Inc. runs this site and STR82IT, the 1V1 basketball tour.
Nothing here is medical or mental-health advice
The Foundation talks about mental health. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind. For care, talk to a licensed professional.
In an emergency, call 911. If you need help now, call or text 988. That line is the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, run independently of the Foundation.
What is published here can change
Dates, venues and event details are announced as they are confirmed, and anything tentative says so on the page. The Official Rules are published in part: prizes and some timing details are still being settled, and are posted with their effective date once they are.
Nothing on this site is a promise that an event will be held on a particular date, at a particular place, or on particular terms.
There are fees
The entry fee to play is $40 per stop, due when you register. Admission to watch is $10 per stop, paid at the door; players do not pay admission. Nothing is sold on this site today.
How and when the entry fee is paid, and what is refundable, are set out in the Terms of Registration.
Using the site
You are welcome to read these pages, print them, and share links to them.
Please do not attack, overload or break the site, collect from it in ways that interfere with other visitors, present yourself as the Foundation, or use anything here to mislead anyone.
The funder deck
Our deck for funders and partners is shared by link, and it is meant for the person who received it. Please do not repost it.
Recording at events
Tour events are filmed, photographed and streamed. If you attend one, you may appear in that footage and in the broadcast. Players agree to this at registration, under Part 9 of the Official Rules.
If being filmed is a problem for you, write to us before the event and we will tell you what the venue allows.
Names, words and pictures
The names Lottawins Foundation and STR82IT, the logo, and the text, layout and design of these pages belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. Photographs and video are used under license from the people and services that supplied them. Please do not lift them out of these pages for other uses.

Links to other organizations are here for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
The site is provided as it stands
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always reachable. Information can be out of date between the moment something changes and the moment we publish it.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site, or from relying on information here that later changes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Using the site after that means you accept the terms as they then stand.
